So far, 14 player have finished below par
It's still early in the first round, so maybe something like 20-25 players may finish under par. My bet is the R&A will not panic like the USGA and won't do anything different in the course set up. They will let the pros shoot whatever it is they will shoot and not change their prep. How refreshing.

Sure is good to see a healthy competition from the outset.
