Harrington takes a break

Thankfully it's only a small break but if it's what he needs to make his game better then good luck paddy!

Padraig is a great golfer, but he's not very good to himself.

I'm concerned that he is taking a short break from golf, but not from his work in the gym. If he's that close to a physical "breakdown," he should rest his body completely. Physical training can result in breaking down the body just as surely as playing too much golf. I think that he's making a big mistake by spending his time off working out, instead of relaxing and giving his body a chance to recover. He's likely to return just as tired and injured--maybe even more so--after this so-called break. :(

Couldn't agree more!

He's so golf obsessed that it's getting to him now...i know we all love the game but too much of a good thing does get to you in the end.

I suppose it's hard for him to take a total break.
