Indefinite Leave -- Predictions on when it will end

I believe Tiger will start play on March 28th - Arnie's Bay Hill tournament

I also believe he will win 2 Majors this year (his favorite courses are this year)

Personally, I do not care either way on how this thing turns out. It's up to them to figure out where do they go from here. I just do not believe "indefinite leave" will be that much longer than he usually does.

We are all "pawns" in the media circus we live in today, if we let the media affect us. I have chosen to "tune out" most of the press today.

I prefer to listen to the people and that is what I love about blogs like Golf Rewind. Just mostly normal folks talking about golf, who truly love the game and are probably "addicted".

I think he'll be back for the US Open, with a couple of weeks of tune up. Hard to believe he will miss Augusta, but I have a feeling he will.

I have to agree with shelby...I think he's back by the US Open...if he's off any longer the business fallout for himself and the Tour could be irreparable...

I'd like to see him back by The Masters. But, considering the alledged extent of his transgressions, he could be out most of the year.

I'd hate to see him miss The Masters. If this were to occur in any of our lives, work would go on while patching things up at home. Get back to work soon Tiger!

i personally think that it could be could for golf for tiger to take a 2 or 3 month brake it would give somebody else to prove them selves at the masters but if he stays out to long it is really going to affect the attendance at tournaments

He's hiding from the media, and he won't be back until he summoned up the courage to face them, and look the audience straight in the eyes when asked with questions of infidelities. Which no doubt will be the first line of questioning that any reporters will ask when he returns.

Re: Indefinite Leave -- Predictions on when it will end

I'm tired of hearing about this to be honest......

Why does everyone give him a free pass, just because he is Tiger Woods? He usualy does not start his year until the end of Jan anyway. So now, because he cheats on his wife, he has to take an indefinate leave.....PLEASE.

Come on Tiger.....Man up and get your :badwords: together. Call a press confrence and face the music and get it over with. All Tiger is doing, is making it so we all have to go through this **** AGAIN whenever he decides to come back. I am TIRED of it now and really do not want to have to listen to this AGAIN!

Enough with his personal life.......PLAY GOLF!!!!

Re: Indefinite Leave -- Predictions on when it will end

All depends on the family position. If he legally seperates (most likely!) he will be back sooner than expected. My punt is The Masters.

As for Steve Williams 'knowing nothing' ..... what a load of RUBBISH !!!!

Re: Indefinite Leave -- Predictions on when it will end

I wish he wouldn't miss the Masters, but we will have another Master's this year without Tiger. I miss Tiger playing golf...

For his return,

2 Weeks before the US Open for a tune up, just in time for the US Open.

Re: Indefinite Leave -- Predictions on when it will end

Hopefully his leave won't be long enough for Phil Mickelson to take over the #1 ranking. I'd predict that he won't be playing golf at least until late March, based on his current condition. He's still a good golfer because of his tlaent and hard work.

Re: Indefinite Leave -- Predictions on when it will end

If the reports of a divorce in the offing are true, I think he'll be back to The Tour much sooner than if he and Elin work things out. That would take awhile.

He will wait a little while hire a new publicist go on a softball itnerview say all the "right things" he is coached to say and ask people to respect his privacy. He will be back for Palmers' tourney. Golf is all he has left.

It's interesting, you say enough with his personal life, but then demand a public show of humility. Either you are interested in his personal life or you aren't.
