Battle at Bridges

Anyone going to watch this tonight? I'm a sucker for any golf television programs so I'm sure I will.

Hmmmm, it's actually on right now. ESPN2 is currently broadcasting the first hour of coverage and then it will switch over to ABC.

FYI, it's Kuehne and Tiger vs. Mickelson and Daly

the battle at bridges isnt televised over here, but i'd sure love to see it! four of the longest hitters in the game at the moment.

heard woods and kuehne won 2&1, must have played well. was it enjoyable to watch?

It was uhmm boring to say the least. It's not like the skins where they chat it up and have alot more fun. These guys are good but man, that was boring golf last night.

i have to diagree a little with it being boring, i thought it was very good golf, its kinda nice to hear and see what these guys do better than what you get to see at the majors and such when they just tee off and walk away to hit the next shot.....i liked hearing tham talking about shots and distances, very helpful...

you gotta admit that it was a great finish for Tiger & Keuhne? to pull ou those last 4 holes in a row was great!!!

Yes they did, it was very entertaining. Made them seem more like real normal golfers.:)

All four golfers had mics on....I thought this was one of the better "battles" that they have done....what a great finish with Hank catching fire and Tiger's Eagle. Maybe I'm just a golf junkie, but I would watch this type of match anytime.

It was really fun to watch...Daly and Mickelson held a 2UP lead for almost half of the round, then all of a sudden Tiger birdies 13 to win the hole. Then Kuehne birdies and wins 14 and 15. They are now 1UP. Then, in an amazing display, Tiger eagles 16 to make it Dormie 2. Then I went to bed because I was just too tired and I already knew what was going to win (when it gets to Dormie in the pros, the other guy never comes back) and apparently I'm right if they won 2 and 1. But that last stretch of holes was amazing.

And John Daly won every Long Drive competition, except for on (I think) 16 when Mickelson was the only one who hit the fairway.

I would consider it catching fire after he shot about 12 over on the front 9.......
Hank birdied 10,14,15 and 16 (4 of his last 8) and helped win the match.
