"To be eligible: for this contest, you will need to be at "Golf Enthusiast" level. This means, you must have a minimum of 30 posts to be eligible for the prize. All other members can play but will not be eligible to win the prize."
Aren't you at risk of alienating newbies? I'm sure this isn't your intent, but you risk it nonetheless.
This contest is to reward those users who have made positive contributions to the forum. I think if someone is to win the "seal" under their name on every post, I would want them to have demonstrated that they've actually posted before. If they only have one post, the seal would be worthless as nobody would ever see it.
I added a note that you don't need 30 posts at the time of entry but you do need 30 posts by the end of the PGA Championship to be eligible. The previous and only 2 contests have both had minimum post requirements and nobody has ever complained so I doubt most people mind at all.
Group A. (3-Vijay Singh) (2-Ernie Els)
Group B. (13-Chad Campbell) (12-Kenny Perry)
Group C. (21-Jay Haas) (29-Krik Triplett)
Group D. (31-K.J. Choi) (38-Miguel A. Jiminez)
Tiebreaker. (1-Tiger Woods) (8-Padraig Harrington)

Also, not that anybody here would do it, but the minimum post limit keeps people from starting new accounts just for the purpose of trying a different configuration of players, giving them 2 or more chances instead of the 1 that everyone else gets.
