I understand there are about 10 broken legs from people in the gallery due to all the bunkers and slippery slopes. No way the winner is more than 10 under. I'm guess the toll comes to about 20 broken legs in the gallery, which has to be a PGA/golf record.
Did you see that shot on TV of the two little boys sliding down the side of a hill by the seat of their pants for fun? It looked really slippery! Their mom is going to have some grass stains to "Shout" out, but they were having a blast.
I think I saw that same shot. In the one I saw, there were 3 boys, though. 2 made it down to the bottom of the hill and the third was still near the top. I guess it's better to be cautious than to be added to the "broken leg" count.

Yeah, I heard about this..c'mon..people actually breaking their legs from the bunkers and slippery slopes..hmm..
The better camera shot was of the older couple trying to get down a slope similar to the one the boys were sliding on. The man was already at the bottom and the woman was taking tiny side steps trying not to fall. The man just waited at the bottom as if to say "Hey, I made it! Now you try it!" He wasn't going back up to help her ...that's for sure! I think somebody's "pulling your leg" with a broken leg count! ;)
I heard on the golf channel Weds night that 7 had broken legs and then again in a local paper about more than 10 going into the weekend. I don't know the final total, anyone?
