Vijay's 28 on the front nine at Glen Abbey

For round one of the Canadian Open, Vijay played the back nine first, and went "out" in 40. So what does he do? a 28 on the front nine, to finish with a 68... amazing.

If Tiger had done it, it would have been front page news! And the announcers would have said their typical... "Tiger is the only player in the world that could have done that!"

Then it wouldn't be the first time TV golf announcers got it wrong!

I'm glad you posted this news, 14and18. I was going to start a thread about it too, but got distracted by some other issues. He turned right around and started his second round on the same nine that he got the 28 on. and was three more under par after 5 holes! I'd say that he owns the front nin at Glen Abbey!

I hope no future President's Cups are scheduled for Glen Abbey... between Vijay and Weirsy, the US would have its hands full!!
