Ideal Skins matchup

Picking up on the Annika Skins thread - who would you like to see in the ideal Skins competition? You need players who would enjoy playing together and look like they were having fun. So, and this is only IMHO, Tiger doesn't get in my group.

I reckon:

John Daly
Sergio Garcia
Ian Poulter
Jesper Parnevik

Well, you're right. Tiger kinda puts a silence on everything. I would want to see Duval, just because he would make everybody look good. And also Michelle Wei for the heck of it, because she would kill Duval, and that would be hilarious. Ian Poulter, because he looks so bad, and John Daly, because he would laugh when Duval got whooped by Wei. Anyone else like this setup?

Duval does seem to be getting better though.

I think John Daly is a must for any Skins game. Poulter also likes a laugh and his fashion might cause the other guys to miss a putt or two!

Strangley enough I think Vijay and Daly would be good they seem like good friends and are were very entertaining in the Canadian skins game earlier this year. Throw in Chris DiMarco and Ian Poulter and that would do me.

You are right Jungle. Duval is slowly improving. I think it is accepted that the two most necessary participants are John and Ian. That alone would be enough to be a good game!

If I was incharge of a skins game I would get either Phil Mickelson if it was in the US and Ernie Els if it was in the rest of the world and have them pick 3 of their friends on tour. That way the players would be talkitive and enjoy playing.

I think the Funkster would be a cool Skins Game competitor. He seems to enjoy what he does and doesn't hesitate to chum up with the crowds.

Phil might be a blast...among the right guys. One of his best buddies is Billy Mayfair. How 'bout Funk, Mickelson, Mayfair and Nick Faldo?

Darren Clarke

Chris Riley- he's the only one that can make Tiger laugh that i've seen and he's always laughing anyway, plus he's a good stick

Tiger- only if Riley plays

Big John Daly

letum rip

as an added feature, Ray Romano as Tiger's caddie, and Jerry Seinfeild as Clarke's caddie, Jennifer Aniston as Riley's caddie, and Kramer(from Seinfield) as Daly's caddie

stagday

Vijay Singh
Brandel Chamblee
Ken Venturi
Arnold Palmer

They may not make it off the first tee without a fight. Singh flips Camblee off, Venturi calls Palmer a cheater...it's on

I enjoy watching Annika play competitively, but she was clearly overmatched and out of her league against Tiger, Freddie, and Adam. :nodsmiley

That's for sure. I enjoy watching her win, not get the stuffing beat out of her. But, hey, she gave it a shot, and that's what counts. Wait a minute. She gave it a lot of shots. A lot more than the other three....
