Mercedes Championship

The 2005 PGA Tour season is about to kick off with the Mecedes Championship in Hawaii. It's always great to see the new season begin, especially with the spectacular views from the Hawaiian Islands paradise. (particularly for us snow bounders )

We all know the results of last year, but who will be the fastest out of the gate this year? It's easy to pick a favorite to win, or finish high, in the first event but who will come out flat and finish last or near the bottom?

How about letting us know your choice for Winner and your choice for Loser?(if there is such a thing at a no-cut PGA Tour event )

LG- I don't see any snow out my window....
I think that Phil will win. Just going off his last round in Hawaii (59) and VJ will be a loser. Just a prediction.

Hope you dont take him in a fantasy pool. He's not entered to play.
I'll take Els as the winner and Toms at the bottom.

I would pick Tiger to win. He's been looking real good lately and he's won the Mercedes before. He didn't do all that bad last year, either.

Tiger to win, Els at the bottom. I think Tiger is going to come back this year with a renewed enthusiasm to win.

You should never say "toast" around Big John without a glass in your hand!
