Tiger's Revamped Swing

Did anyone see his move on TV?? What is different??? Been reading that he claims to have made some serious changes and am interested in what looks different?? By the way, saw pictures of Daly and that boy better watch his diet cause he is a walking coronary waiting to happen. How did Els look out there??

I am by no means an expert, but I noticed that Tiger is more upright at address... maybe that takes some strain off his knee.

Also, he is not "dipping" or dropping his head and left shoulder as much as he did late last season. When he did that, he had to pull up right before impact to get the club on the ball, and he was coming out of the shot, and as a result, maybe shots lost to the right.

He looked to have a flatter swing plane overall, very smooth swing, very balanced, and it seemed he was playing a lot of iron shots with abbreviated followthroughs. I'm sure we'll see side by side, in depth comparisons as the season goes on.

I believe he has mentioned that he is essentially trying to come back on the same swing plane (backswing to downswing)...although this is pretty hard to see when he is swinging at 130 mph...
Also, he isn't snapping his left leg for more power which he used to do (previous knee surgery).

Thanks guys!! I am looking forward to seeing side by side video analysis of his swing from different years to the present. The guy sure can play.
