Jack wins Wendy's Skins Game

I was happy to see Jack play so well and make $340,000 for the charity of his choice. He played so well and was happy to see him strike the ball the way he used too.

Me too. Stadler started off so well I thought he'd win every hole but Jack played great and it sounded like he surprised even himself with how well he played. Let's hope we get to see more of the Golden Bear this year, namely at Augusta and St. Andrew's.

Yeah, Jack is still amazing. According to Golf Digest, he recently underwent back surgery.

He commented after winning the big carryover (thus sealing the win) that he felt fortunate to be able to finish 18 because he couldn't complete the round the day before. That really was a flash of the old Jack we know and love...his putting was phenomenal...I'm sure we'll see some more flashes of brilliance from Jack but we should be preparing for the same eventuality that has befallen Arnie...age catches up, rust never sleeps. But what makes Jack great in my eyes is that he still has the fire...even when he's eventually relegated to no more than an ambassador to golf he will bring much to the table with knowledge, experience, wisdom, aplomb and dignity. I guess what I'm saying is that I admire his love and respect for the game even more than his ability to play it.
