VJ lost all my respect (not that he cares) after saying he doesn't like being number 1. too much pressure.

I don't think you'll ever hear Tiger say that.

I think the only thing you would hear Tiger say is he dosn't like being anything BUT #1.

Vijay never said such a thing. He said the pressure of trying to stay #1 was affecting him negatively.

I think we'll see Tiger and Vijay switching back and forth between #1 all season. Ernie Els is right up there, too and who knows? Maybe Phil could get up there. I don't think anyone can deny that they've all played some pretty good golf to this point and we could only hope for more to come.

I am not a VJ fan, but in an interview after Bay Hill, he deflected the question about number one, and said he just lost the golf tournament. That was first and foremost on his mind, as it should be. He is a competitor. He wasn't going to be happy about kinda "backing in" to number one because Tiger played poorly (for Tiger).

He was mad at himself for losing, and I give him credit for that. He is out there to WIN.

The PLAYERS usually isn't kind to long-hitting bombers like Vijay. He has one top ten in his last eight starts.

Together, over the last 10 years, the Big Four have a cumulative nine top tens in 37 starts at The PLAYERS.
