...I dont feel he is as substantial a figure in the game of golf as the rest of them.
Gee, BL, you're a hard man to please. Phil has 25 TOUR victories at age 34. He's closing in on some rather select company in guys who've won 30 or more TOUR events.
Additionally, Phil has finished in the top three of the PGA TOUR's money list on five separate occasions and was #2 ranked in the OWGR for two solid years. He also has 21 career top tens in major championships. What more could you ask for?
I guess the two victories and all those low scores means Phil has a long way to go before he reaches the "top of his game?"
i mean at this time in the season he didn't do to well in the players (T40) or the buick invitational (T56) just not the game you have to have to win the masters
I'm beginning to get just a wee bit concerned about Phil's chances this year. In truth Phil really has been all over the lot this year, from the tee. He's having a very difficult time hitting the power fade with the driver and that just won't cut it at Augusta.
With Phil struggling off the tee and a recent lack of consistency from both Tiger and Ernie, I think Vijay is the most sensible pick among the so called Big Four.

VJ's my pick-em pick along with Retief, but he'll have to putt a lot better than he has so far this year to win. I expect a strong tournament from him regardless.
