Touche' GG Good thing we have victory running things. My bad. I gave Goosen a 14 instead of a 12 for his 71 and my calculations went downhill from there.

I don't think the tiebreakers are used unless there is a tie and the end of the tournament.

I am watching a replay of what was on today on USA. I swear I just heard Vijay let loose with a sting of expletives after his tee shot went a little awry.
They still had the mike on him when they went to a shot of Goosen and you could still hear him throwing out the F bombs. They showed where his tee shot ended up and it didn't look too bad. Vijay must have just had to putt through a set of Phil's spike marks on the green before.

I think the whole spike "thing" was Vijays intention to get in the head of one of his biggest competitors.....really smart ifyou think of it

All we need is someone to get some dirt on Vijay :nodsmiley

I musta dropped 40 spots...last place here I come! I hadn't even thought of how my team was performing today, I knew Tiger had the round of the day and Phil had an ok round, but must be everyone else on my team picked up zero points.

I'm right on your tail on that downward spiral Card. I dropped 47 spots. 2 of my guys missed the cut. Thank goodness for Freddie. The only pick I'm really regreting is DL3. I let my heart get in the way of my head there. It's been my opinion for about a year that we've seen his best golf and he's pretty much a spent force when it comes to majors. But then he had a couple of decent tournaments & given his love of the masters I picked him.

Man I dropped about 20 places, not even Tiger's round could save me. And I'm with wazmankg, as much as I love DLIII, I should have factored I'm common sense with that pick. Not that many of my others were that amazing either.

As play resumes for day 3, Tiger birdies his first hole, DiMarco double bogey. Tiger is just 1 back with 25+ holes to play.
