The winner's (Adam Scott) share was 305,049.30 Euros, so I guess entire purse is 1.8 Million Euros.

Edit: The actual total purse is 1,250,000 Euros according to Johnnie Walker Classic's website.

So far today no one's really making a move except Clarke. Vijay is hitting good shots but the putter is not working for him. If that putter heats up on the back nine he'll have it in the bag. But Coles and Owen are gonna make him work for it no doubt. Shaping up to be an exciting back nine.

I just saw them do the slow-mo on Daly...... they came up with a driver head speed of 106 and ball speed of 186...... ball speed seems ok but head speed makes alot of the specs i see on here look like world driving champs!

I think one or the other of those numbers is a little off. I'm guessing it's the the clubhead speed, by at least 10 mph. They did the same thing yesterday for a guy hitting a knocked down driver and his clubhead speed was 104 but the ball speed was 184....and it certainly wasn't a big hitter. I can see Big John getting 186 mph ball speed but I seriously doubt it could be achieved at 106 mph.

Wow, Maggert's reaction there was certainly surprising. I always thought he was one of the level-headed guys on the PGA Tour but spearing the club into the side of the sand trap? Hopefully he can get up and down and stay right in it. John has a putt to tie the lead now. Exciting finish in store.

John's tied for the lead now.... Olazabal has a chance also to tie....Vijay just can't make anything other then a par...

Looks like Coles and Owens are falling apart on the back nine...

JD's short game has always impressed me... I don't think he gets enough credit for it, especially his bunker shots

Yeah Coles has hit some extremely poor shots this back nine, mostly due to bad decision making.

I'm rooting for Daly or Ollie to take it, but they're probably gonna need two birdies each to tie with Vijay, because I can't see Vijay not making birdie on the 15th, especially with that huge drive he just hit.

Daly just hit a great shot to set up a birdie putt on the 17th... Have to cheer for Daly to win since I can't stand Vijay...

That was a perfectly played 17th by John, and now a great tee shot on 18. Olazabal is probably out of it now unless he can hole his third shot on 16. Of course Vijay has a tap in birdie now and pulls one ahead but there's plenty of trouble on the last 3 holes.

Wow, great finish by John. Let's see if Vijay can birdie something in the last three holes to take it. Vijay and John are good friends and it'd be neat to see them locked in a playoff.

Well playoff golf it is...good friends and pretty much polar opposites from the fans' perspective. Big John will have the crowd behind him but I remember last year at the Buick Open when Vijay fought the crowds backing both John and Tiger to win...can he do it again?
